Why Us
Release on a promise to return to court is Franklin County's default on a misdemeanor, and money bail needs a judge to find a good reason for it. For people held in jail on a felony or domestic violence charge, bond waits for the 9 a.m. court session. From Bryden Road we explain how each option works, what the fee is, and what a co-signer takes on.
