1. Services

Freedom Now Bail Bonds LLC is a private, licensed Ohio bail bond business, license 1729916. We are not part of any court, jail, or sheriff's office. We write surety bail bonds in Ohio courts across Southern and Central Ohio, once a court has set a money bond and the bond is approved. We operate only in Ohio.

Our services depend on the conditions of each case. Release timing is up to the jail. We may refuse service for safety or legal reasons, and we sometimes turn a bond down, for example after a missed prior court appearance.

2. Quotes and Pricing

A quote is non-binding unless it is in writing. The final price follows the bond amount and the court fees.

The cost of a bond is 10% of the bond amount, along with court fees. That 10% fee is not returned. A separate court fee may come back after the court case is completely over. We sometimes ask for collateral, which may be a mortgage on real estate or other items.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payment plans with no interest are available to qualified customers. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions. A co-signer stays responsible under the bond agreement they sign.

4. Meeting Place

Once you call us, we meet at the jail.

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos, and design on this website belong to Freedom Now Bail Bonds LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is". We make no promise of any outcome or timeline. That includes release from jail and the result of any case. General information on this website about bail and the courts is not specific to your case.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays beyond our reasonable control, including delays by a court or jail. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. This cap does not limit any duty Ohio law places on us, including the return of collateral.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top.
