Oxford Charges and the Butler County Rules
Since September 29, 2021, Butler County has had one bail schedule for new traffic and misdemeanor charges in every municipal and area court, and Oxford cases follow it. Release on a promise to come to court is the rule. Money bail applies only when the arresting officer believes that is not enough. Ask first whether your loved one has a money bond before you gather funds.
